I [rather proudly] announce that the lemons have been used. With the exception of the “Lemon Party” [excellent answer - I was wondering how long it’ll take before someone suggested it], I took cue from some of the suggestions you guys responded with, and they are to be posted tomorrow because my evening shift prevented me from doing any post-editing or typing.  

In the meantime, to those who suggested to make Lemon curd, I already have a recipe for that if you want to take a look…

and the same could be said about Lemon Poppyseed cake, although it was made into doughnut form.

NB: I was rather surprised at the number of people who suggested home-made lemonade!
