Notions & Notations of a Novice Cook
I know this is really odd, but would you happen to know any recipes for a cake with a green filling? Like kind of a light, limish green inside?

Whew, this was quite a task. When I think of lime I think of,uh…limes, pistachio and matcha, so I hope one of these will answer your question.

Not sure if you actually meant the food lime or the colour, but have you considered Grasshopper cake/pie? It’s an awesome wobbly cake with a consistency similar to cheesecake and jelly. And it tends to contain alcohol (creme de menthe).
